Nov. 13--While the United States has the best health care in the world, it doesn't have the best health care system, Memorial Health University Medical Center's new CEO told a group of business leaders Thursday morning. "There's no doubt our health care system faces a crisis today -- a three-pronged crisis of access, cost and quality," Phillip Schaengold told the group gathered at the downtown Avia Hotel. As far as Schaengold is concerned, the jury's still out on the health care reform bills coming out of Congress.
