Managing Constipation in Adults: The Pharmacist's Role
This continuing education program will review important aspects of constipation, including the physiology of the condition, associated risk factors, OTC therapies, and when it is necessary for the pharmacist to refer the patient to a physician for further evaluation.

The Safety of COX-2 Pharmacotherapy for Patients in Pain
There are anecdotal reports about the COX-2 inhibitors of improved efficacy over the traditional NSAIDs. This program will help the practitioner identify those patients with specific risk factors, in whom the risks would outweigh potential benefits, and properly educate those for whom COX-2 use is still an option.
